JRE-Italia presents its new book: a journey through passion and the leading figures of Italian fine dining
A real journey that retraces the journey of JRE-Italy through a rich collection of anecdotes, experiences, faces, images and recipes.
On the occasion of the 32nd National Congress, JRE-Italia unveiled an unmissable volume entitled "JRE-Italia: Never ending passion”. Published by Trenta Editore and available in JRE-Italia restaurants and soon in bookstores, this book aims to tell the story of the Association through the voices of its key players and their respective cuisines.
It is a true journey retracing the path of Jeunes Restaurateurs Italia, thanks to a rich collection of anecdotes, experiences, faces, images, and, of course, recipes. In other words, the "language" that best explores and reveals the personality of all those who form the beating heart of JRE: its Chefs.
Each of them is part of a large family, contributing their own experiences, keeping the dialogue between past and future alive, and firmly believing in their choice to be a chef-entrepreneur.
Because the profession of those who have chosen to go independent is not confined within the kitchen walls: it involves suppliers, the team, the dining room, and the guests. The challenges are daily and complex; only great passion and motivation can face them and turn them into remarkable achievements.
The work particularly highlights their "endless passion", a fundamental value that animates the entire Association.
