Chef Anđela Risimić of JRE-Serbia Takes Centre Stage at a Series of Exclusive Culinary Evenings. In May 2025, JRE – Jeunes Restaurateurs, in collaboration with Mastercard, brought together gastronomy and glamour at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival through a series of exclusive private dining events known as “Priceless Dinners.”
Held over seven nights in a luxurious villa just outside Cannes, each evening welcomed a handpicked group of guests to enjoy a bespoke fine dining experience complete with curated wine pairings — all set against the backdrop of the world’s most iconic film festival.
Representing JRE-Serbia, Chef Anđela Risimić from restaurant S5 by Angie, took the spotlight for four consecutive dinners, captivating her audience with an elegant and expressive culinary approach. From 14 to 17 May, she prepared and served four unique menus that reflected her signature style and passion for seasonal ingredients.
Daily preparations were carried out in the villa’s kitchen, and guest accommodation was provided throughout her stay.
Each dinner became more than a culinary experience: it was a celebration of creativity, memory, and cultural expression through food. The project reflected the shared vision of JRE and Mastercard to create extraordinary, immersive moments that connect people with craftsmanship and emotion.
With Cannes as the backdrop, Chef Anđela Risimić’s presence shone a light on the talent within JRE-Serbia, reinforcing the association’s role in shaping the future of European haute cuisine.
